Martin Funding Corp. began operations in 2005. We are a licensed correspondent mortgage lender in the state of Florida. We provide qualified borrowers with mortgage loans on primary and secondary residences as well 1-4 family investment properties. We believe in providing low cost mortgage loans to borrowers based on their individual needs and credit qualifications. The process of applying for a residential home loan should be user friendly process that involves a discussion between a knowledgeable loan officer and the loan applicant.
